Wipro, a global leader in IT and consulting services, is hiring for the role of Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance at its Pune location. This is a work-from-office opportunity for professionals with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug R&D quality management.

Job Summary

The Pharmacovigilance QA role involves ensuring compliance with GVP standards and internal quality systems. This includes maintaining documentation, supporting audits, managing CAPAs, and facilitating training for PV operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and share regular metrics with stakeholders
• Ensure all controlled documents are current and compliant with SOPs
• Manage training documentation and conduct refresher training sessions
• Prepare and review deviations and CAPAs
• Assist in internal audits and support external inspections
• Monitor changes in applicable regulatory guidelines and communicate updates to the team
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage meeting documentation
• Contribute to local training activities and perform other QA-related duties

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of GVP guidelines, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in ICSR case processing is valuable
• Background in QA for GMP/manufacturing is also acceptable
• Strong attention to documentation and regulatory procedures

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should hold one of the following degrees:

• PhD / Pharm D / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / BDS
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Life Sciences
• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Life Sciences

Preferred Experience

• 3–6 years in Pharmacovigilance QA or Drug R&D domain
• Experience in working with audit teams and quality documentation
• Familiarity with GxP guidelines and PV industry standards
