OneSource Speciality Pharma is inviting fresh graduates to join its Apprentice Program (NATS) across multiple departments at its Bengaluru facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc., and B.E. graduates to gain hands-on experience and kickstart their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will join as apprentices in various departments and will receive on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Available Departments & Responsibilities:

• DP Manufacturing: Hands-on training in oral solid dosage and sterile manufacturing processes
• DS Manufacturing: Exposure to biotech and microbiology-based manufacturing activities
• Engineering & Projects: Involvement in plant maintenance, instrumentation, and project execution
• Quality Assurance & Services: Training in compliance, documentation, and quality management systems
• Quality Control: Learning analytical techniques and laboratory operations (HPLC, wet chemistry, microbiological testing)

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:
  • DP Manufacturing: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Microbiology / Chemistry)
  • DS Manufacturing: M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Microbiology)
  • Engineering & Projects: B.E. (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical)
  • Quality Assurance & Services: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Biotech)
  • Quality Control: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Year of Completion: 2024 or 2025 only
• Other Criteria:
  • Must hold a Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate / All Semester Marksheets
  • Should not have been previously covered under ESI (Employee State Insurance) or PF (Provident Fund)
