Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Formulation – Product Development & Research (PDR) team, you will:

• Develop and evaluate alternate vendors for raw materials, excipients, and critical inputs.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards including USFDA, EMA, and WHO.
• Execute technology transfer activities for new vendors.
• Support shopfloor operations and collaborate with production teams.
• Prepare vendor documentation and support qualification activities.
• Conduct gap analysis and risk assessment for new vendors.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in vendor development, formulation research, or PDR roles.
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (US, EU, WHO, ROW).
  • Exposure to technology transfer and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in shopfloor operations preferred.

Relevant courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology.
