Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), you will play a vital role in supporting clinical trial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and Project Managers with day-to-day operational support.
• Ensuring inspection readiness by maintaining accurate trial documentation.
• Tracking and managing clinical study documentation in compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinating study materials and supporting investigator site communications.
• Preparing reports, maintaining trackers, and collating study-related data.
• Supporting monitoring activities and contributing to trial quality and compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical research or trial administration.
• Skills:
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
