Key Responsibilities in ICSR Management
End-to-End Case Handling and Global Collaboration
- Handle the lifecycle of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) from initial receipt to expedited regulatory submission.
- Collaborate with Safety Evaluation and Risk Management (SERM), local affiliates, and clinical operations to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
- Escalate potential issues to PV Operations Management and contribute to CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Documentation and Audit Compliance
- Participate in inspection and audit readiness by maintaining detailed and accurate safety documentation.
- Upload, organize, and reconcile audit-related documents and regulatory filings.
Process Improvement and Technology Adaptation
- Develop and propose process optimization initiatives for global rollout.
- Support onboarding processes, training modules, and departmental IT functionalities.
- Use internal databases and collaborative platforms to streamline safety operations.
Required Education and Qualifications
- A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related healthcare disciplines.
- Freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or drug safety are encouraged to apply.
