The “Empower: Skills to Rise” apprenticeship is designed to:

  • Bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry practices
  • Offer mentorship, structured learning, and lab-based training under experts

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with the following educational qualifications are eligible to apply:

Postgraduate Courses

  • M.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, General Chemistry
  • M.Sc in Bioscience, Zoology, Toxicology, Aquatic Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology
  • M.Sc in Biochemistry or related life sciences
  • M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Graduate and Diploma Courses

  • B.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Candidates must be recent graduates or postgraduates (freshers) and passionate about beginning a career in R&D, formulation development, analytical research, or toxicology.
