As part of LAXAI’s CDMO-R&D division, you will contribute to innovative synthesis, process development, and scale-up activities, gaining exposure to the entire drug development lifecycle.

Role & Responsibilities
For Freshers:
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis, named reactions, and stereochemistry
- Familiarity with spectroscopic techniques like NMR, IR, and Mass Spectrometry
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently
- Good communication and reporting skills in English
For Experienced Chemists (1–5 Years):
- Perform synthetic experiments with reproducibility
- Expertise in process development and reaction optimization
- Knowledge of pilot scale and manufacturing operations
- Skilled in data compilation, impurity profiling, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with tools like Scifinder, Reaxys for literature search
- Awareness of GxP compliance and process safety standards
Preferred Candidate Background
Required Education:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Required Experience:
- 0–5 Years, depending on role level (Freshers to Mid-Level R&D Chemists)
