- Coordinate formulation development projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and compliance
- Maintain detailed project tracking, planning, execution, and documentation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for project updates
- Ensure adherence to timelines, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management
- Prior exposure to formulation development projects is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and development guidelines in pharma
