Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive / Sr. Executive – HCC Medical Coder, you will:

• Perform Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) medical coding accurately and efficiently.
• Review patient records and assign precise diagnosis codes.
• Ensure compliance with AAPC/AHIMA standards and US healthcare regulations.
• Support audits, validations, and correction processes.
• Work in both day and night shifts to meet client requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA data security guidelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Certification: AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory.
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in HCC medical coding.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of risk adjustment coding and US healthcare systems.
• Preference: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
