Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Biotech QC (Analytical Role), your responsibilities will include:

• Handling batch release and stability testing of biological products including GCSF, EPO, and vaccines.
• Conducting calibration and performance verification of analytical instruments.
• Managing Reference Standards and ensuring proper documentation.
• Reviewing analytical data and preparing reports.
• Managing Deviation, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and Change Control.
• Validating Excel sheets and ensuring compliance with GMP.
• Acting as Department Training Coordinator and managing analyst qualification.
• Preparing GMP documents including STP, SOP, validation protocols, performance verification reports, and data recording sheets.
• Utilizing quality software tools such as TIMS and LIMS.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. Biotechnology, M.Sc. Biochemistry, or related courses such as Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences.
• Experience: 4–7 years in Quality Control roles within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP practices and biotech QC testing.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
