Job Role & Responsibilities

Research Scientist – R&D (Organic Chemistry)

• Synthesis of organic molecules through chemical reactions.
• Purification and characterization of organic compounds.
• Documentation of experiments in lab notebooks.
• Preparation of chemical structures using Chemdraw software.

Senior Research Scientist – R&D (Organic Chemistry)

• Conduct literature and patent searches for route selection.
• Design and optimize synthetic routes for APIs.
• Perform feasibility studies, optimization, and validation.
• Characterization of raw materials and preparation of specifications.
• Documentation activities including TTD (Technology Transfer Documents) and PDR (Product Development Reports).

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Related programs such as Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry are also suitable.
• Experience:
  • Research Scientist: 2–4 years.
  • Senior Research Scientist: 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, characterization techniques, and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in Chemdraw and analytical reporting.
