Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Operator / Sr. Operator (Production)

• Operate and maintain shop floor equipment such as Filling, Sealing, Stoppering, Garment Washing Machine, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Ophthalmic, Suspensions, Filtration, Packing, and Lyophilizers.
• Follow cGMP and safety standards during production processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

2. Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager (Production)

• Supervise production operations for injectable formulations.
• Manage and train production staff for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee QMS-related activities including deviations, CAPA, and compliance checks.
• Exposure to filling, sealing, stoppering, lyophilizers, and other sterile manufacturing operations.

3. Executive – Engineering

• Handle Instrumentation and Mechanical Process activities.
• Hands-on experience with Filling Lines, Lyophilizers, Track & Trace Systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems, utilities, and calibration of sterile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure preventive maintenance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Operator/Sr. Operator: B.Sc, ITI, Diploma with 2–5 years of injectable shop floor experience.
• Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, M.Sc with 2–12 years of relevant production experience.
• Engineering Executive: B.Tech, Diploma with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in sterile pharma engineering.
