Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (Chemical/Microbiology)

• Conduct analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform stability studies and release testing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data integrity.
• Operate and calibrate lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, and microbiological testing equipment.

Quality Assurance (Operational Assurance)

• Support IPQA, QMS, compliance, DOA, and validation activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP guidelines.
• Handle CAPA, deviations, and documentation control.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Production (Sterile Formulations)

• Operate and monitor parenteral manufacturing lines (Vials, Ampoules, BFS technology).
• Ensure compliance in sterile dosage manufacturing.
• Handle quality system documentation such as CCN, CAPA, and investigation reports.
• Support remediation and production compliance activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Quality Control: M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm with 2–3 years of pharma QC experience (preferably in injectables).
• Quality Assurance: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm with 0–3 years of QA experience in formulations.
• Production: Science or Pharmacy graduates (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm) with 0–5 years of parenteral manufacturing experience.
