    Job Description:

    As a Medical Information Senior Associate, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Handling medical inquiries from patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, and others through various channels like calls, emails, fax, and mails. This may involve working in different time zones outside of IST (e.g., EST, GMT).
    • Developing frequently asked questions (FAQs) and Standard Response Documents (SRDs).
    • Tracking and maintaining records of medical inquiries.
    • Quality checking responses to medical inquiries.
    • Ensuring effective project management in compliance with client agreements, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Managing the quality, compliance, and documentation across assigned projects.
    • Monitoring the workload of the department/function and reporting concerns or issues regarding personnel management that may impact work quality.

    Requirements:

    To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a medical information call center.
    • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or a 4-year college degree, or equivalent.
    • Strong communication and time-management skills.
    • Knowledge of the global regulatory, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, and medical information environment.
    • Proficiency in time management.
