Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing formulation strategies for oral solid, liquid, and topical pharmaceutical dosage forms
• Preparing technical documentation for regulatory submissions like IND, ANDA, CTD, and dossiers for FDA/EMA
• Conducting experiments and interpreting data to ensure stability and compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including analytical development, RA, and QA
• Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities to manufacturing

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from a reputed university

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in formulation development
• Hands-on experience in R&D formulation of oral solids, liquids, and topical formulations
• Strong understanding of regulatory documentation and submission formats (FDA, EMA)
• Prior exposure to product development for regulated markets is highly desirable

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in pre-formulation, design of experiments (DoE), and QbD principles
• Knowledge of analytical tools and equipment related to formulation testing
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset and teamwork capability
