National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Guwahati

NIPER-Guwahati, an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India, is seeking applications for Teaching & Non-Teaching positions in its Food Division. Interested candidates are invited to apply online for the following positions:

Teaching Posts:

1. Associate Professor in Pharmacy Practice
   • Discipline: Pharmacy Practice
   • Pay Level: 13
   • Reservation: OBC
   • Maximum Age: 45 years
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent with 8 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience.

Non-Teaching Posts:

1. Scientist/Technical Supervisor Grade – II in Central Animal House Facility
   • Pay Level: 8
   • Reservation: UR
   • Maximum Age: 35 years
   • Qualification: M.Sc. (Pharmacology)/M.V.Sc./M.Pharm (Pharmacology) with 2 years of experience.

General Instructions:

• Age relaxation as per GoI Orders for reserved categories.
• Age relaxation of 5 years for Departmental candidates.

• Application fees of Rs. 1000/- for Teaching and Group-A officers, Rs. 500/- for other non-teaching posts (no fee for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test/Skill Test/Interview (no TA/DA provided).
