Position:

Senior Chemist / Junior Research Associate

Experience:

2 to 3 Years

Education:

Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory techniques including cell culture, ELISA, and other bioanalytical methods.
• Lead and assist in method development, validation, and execution of complex bioassays.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP / GLP quality systems.
• Work in compliance with international regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, OECD).
• Maintain detailed documentation and prepare scientific reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in bioassay design and execution.
• Familiar with analytical techniques in protein/biologics evaluation.
• Experience working in regulated lab settings.
• Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
