Qualification: BSc, MSc

Experience: 0-5+ years

Job Location: Patancheru, Telangana, Hyderabad/Secunderabad (Pashamailaram)

Roles and Responsibilities

Production:

• Responsible for day-to-day production activities and reporting to the Manager.
• Maintaining all production-related documents.
• Conducting operations to achieve 100% GDP as per the production plan.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO-14001, and OHSAS-18001 norms.
• Checking completed BMSs for appropriateness before submission to QA.
• Maintaining clean and hygienic production facilities.
• Attending training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Quality Control:

• Testing various raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and vendor samples using HPLC & GC.
• Performing analysis using KF auto titrator, Auto titrator, IR, PSD, SOR, and UV spectrophotometer.
• Testing intermediates and finished products as per current specifications and methods of analysis.
• Ensuring laboratory safety and EHS practices.
• Calibrating instruments/equipment in the QC department.
• Analyzing finished samples, commercial samples, and recovered solvents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Production:

• Experience: 0 to 5 years
• Freshers (2021, 2022 & 2023 Passout Candidates Only)
• Qualification: BSc

Quality Control:

• Experience: 0 to 5 years
• Freshers (2021, 2022 & 2023 Passout Candidates Only)
• Qualification: MSc
