Roles and Responsibilities
Production:
- Responsible for day-to-day production activities and reporting to the Manager.
- Maintaining all production-related documents.
- Conducting operations to achieve 100% GDP as per the production plan.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO-14001, and OHSAS-18001 norms.
- Checking completed BMSs for appropriateness before submission to QA.
- Maintaining clean and hygienic production facilities.
- Attending training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Quality Control:
- Testing various raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and vendor samples using HPLC & GC.
- Performing analysis using KF auto titrator, Auto titrator, IR, PSD, SOR, and UV spectrophotometer.
- Testing intermediates and finished products as per current specifications and methods of analysis.
- Ensuring laboratory safety and EHS practices.
- Calibrating instruments/equipment in the QC department.
- Analyzing finished samples, commercial samples, and recovered solvents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Production:
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Freshers (2021, 2022 & 2023 Passout Candidates Only)
- Qualification: B.Sc
Quality Control:
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Freshers (2021, 2022 & 2023 Passout Candidates Only)
- Qualification: M.Sc
