About the Role

Position: Senior Research Associate
Department: Discovery Synthesis
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 0 to 1 year

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh doctoral graduates to apply theoretical knowledge into hands-on industrial practices in organic and medicinal chemistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-step organic synthesis for small molecules.
• Scale-up reactions from milligram to kilogram level.
• Conduct isolation, separation, and purification of synthesized compounds.
• Use analytical instruments such as NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC for compound characterization.
• Document results, maintain accurate lab records, and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to client projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in Chemistry (Organic/Medicinal Chemistry specialization preferred) – 2024 or 2025 pass-outs only.

Skills Required:

• Strong fundamentals in organic synthesis
• Practical knowledge of purification techniques
• Expertise in spectroscopy and analytical characterization
