Project No 1: Establishing Clinical Trial Network
Aims to establish a network of clinical trial units across the National Cancer Grid for collaborative research in drug and device development.
Funding Agency: Biotechnology Industrial Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), Govt of India
Project No 2: Ultrasonic Transducer Probes
Focuses on designing and developing ultrasonic transducer probes for medical imaging.
Funding Agency: Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt of India
Project No 3: Curcumin and Metformin Study
Involves a Phase IIB/III Study to determine the efficacy of curcumin and metformin in reducing the incidence of second primary tumors in patients with a history of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

Position Details and Requirements
Research Assistant (Project No-1)
- Essential Qualifications: GNM Nursing / BSc Nursing, MSc Statistics/Biostatistics, BTech/ MSc. Biotechnology, MSc Life Science, BPharm, Pharm D, Science Degree with Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in clinical trial/clinical research.
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Remuneration: Rs. 25,700 per month
- Number of Vacancies: Two
Clinical Research Assistant (Project No-2)
- Essential Qualifications: BSc Nursing
- Experience: Nil
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Remuneration: Rs. 32,000 per month
- Number of Vacancies: Two
Clinical Trial Coordinator (Project No-3)
- Essential Qualifications: MPharm/Pharm D/MSc Clinical Research/Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research OR BTech in Biotechnology/Degree in Life Science/Degree in Statistics with Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: Nil
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Remuneration: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Number of Vacancy: One
