Job Description
As a member of our Quality Control (Microbiology) team, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing BET, TVC of in-process Products (Injectable), Raw material and finish product.
- Performing microbiological clean room area qualification and periodic validation by settle plate, contact plate, and air sampling.
- Reviewing all microbiological documents and reports of BET, TVC, and EM.
- Actively participating in planning and executing the sampling and distribution activities related to process validation, Hold time, cleaning validation, media fill, periodic validation/qualification activity, and completion and submission of error-free reports.
- Water Sampling in Formulation Sterile Plant RO Water, Purified Water, Raw Water, Potable Water, In process, and Purified Water.
- Water Analysis of Pathogen Testing.
- MLT Analysis of Finished Product, Raw Material, Bulk Samples, Stability, and Validation Samples.
- Being able to work in shifts.
