Job Description:

Role: Trainee Executive to Sr Executive

Industry Type: Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Department: Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, PFS & BFS) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Category: Production/Manufacturing Educational Background Required: BSc, MSc (All Streams) B Pharma or M Pharma, Diploma or B Tech (Mech, ECE & Electrical) Key Skills: Aseptic operations, CIP & SIP, Machine Settings, Production Changeovers, Troubleshooting, Cleanroom Maintenance

Responsibilities:

1. Handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable.
2. Basic knowledge of aseptic operations.
3. Familiarity with CIP & SIP processes.
4. Control and adjust machine settings for optimal line speed.
5. Ensure accurate production and packaging changeovers as per schedule.
6. Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
7. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
8. Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
