Current Openings

Scientist – Formulation Development

Location: Goa
Qualification: M.Pharm
Experience: 4–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of solid oral dosage forms like tablets, capsules, and multiparticulates
• Exposure to liquid dosage forms is a plus
• Formulation development for generic products targeting US/EU markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D and regulatory affairs

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience in CRO or reputed pharma organization
• Proficiency in QbD-based formulation approaches

Scientist – Analytical Development (ADL)

Location: Goa
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 3–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical method development and validation for oral solid dosage (OSD) and semi-solid forms
• Experience with creams, ointments, tablets, and capsules
• Conducting stability studies and routine analytical testing
• Compliance with US/EU regulatory guidelines

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of AR&D processes in formulation development
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines and cGMP standards
