Key Responsibilities and Job Role
Strategic Business Development
- Conduct detailed market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients domestically and internationally.
- Manage relationships with existing clients for long-term engagement.
Proposal Management and Communication
- Draft, manage, and finalize business proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Regularly report progress, KPIs, and pipeline updates to leadership.
Represent Brassica in Global Events
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Travel occasionally to build international client relationships.
Qualifications & Preferred Candidate Profile
Educational Background
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 6–8 years in pharma business development, B2B sales, or international marketing.
- Strong exposure to CRM tools, MS Office, and pharma regulatory documentation.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
