With over 6–8 years of proven experience in pharma sales, international marketing, or business development, this role promises both challenge and career advancement.


Key Responsibilities and Job Role

Strategic Business Development

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients domestically and internationally.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients for long-term engagement.

Proposal Management and Communication

  • Draft, manage, and finalize business proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Regularly report progress, KPIs, and pipeline updates to leadership.

Represent Brassica in Global Events

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Travel occasionally to build international client relationships.

Qualifications & Preferred Candidate Profile

Educational Background

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
  • MBA in Marketing or International Business is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 6–8 years in pharma business development, B2B sales, or international marketing.
  • Strong exposure to CRM tools, MS Office, and pharma regulatory documentation.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and build strong client rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
