Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate (FR&D)

Team Leader / Department Head – Formulation Development
Candidates with strong academic foundations and leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply for senior roles that involve strategic responsibilities and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Documentation
- Literature and patent search related to formulation development.
- Review of comparator/reference product specifications.
- Preparation of test license and costing formulas.
Formulation Development
- Execution of bio batches, scale-up batches, and pre-formulation studies.
- Stability studies, analytical data review, and MFR (Master Formula Record) preparation.
Lab and Regulatory Compliance
- Raw and packing materials procurement coordination.
- Lab notebook maintenance, project file documentation.
- Calibration of balances and record keeping.
Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualifications
- M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics
- Preferably from top pharmacy colleges
- Strong academic background from CBSE/ICSE Board
Experience Range
- Freshers to professionals with up to 6 years of relevant experience in formulation development.
