Location

Remote (India-based candidates preferred). Occasional travel to Mumbai HQ for team events or business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and deliver client-ready scientific content: manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, infographics, congress materials, and HCP engagement documents.
• Ensure medical and scientific accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and alignment with client guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior scientific writers, providing structured feedback and training.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs, authors, and pharma clients.
• Drive scientific consulting and client advisory efforts, including strategic planning for content dissemination.
• Contribute to creative scientific communications such as infographics, interactive assets, and digital engagement platforms.

Required Qualifications

• PhD (Life Sciences/Pharmacology), MD, PharmD, MPharm, or MSc with specialization in Life Sciences.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in medical or scientific writing, preferably for international pharmaceutical audiences.
• Solid understanding of clinical research methodology, biostatistics, and medical publication standards.
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific data into impactful narratives.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and literature search tools.
• Strong English writing skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of publication planning and digital content development.
• Prior experience working with global pharma or life sciences agencies.
• Familiarity with regulatory, medical affairs, and health economics content.
