Executive – Regulatory Affairs (Domestic) Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit timely applications for product licenses, FSC (Free Sale Certificate), COPP (Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product), and other regulatory submissions
• Review and finalize documentation required for submission to CDSCO and State FDA
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting documents
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to resolve queries and monitor application status
• Maintain records and distribute approved regulatory documents to relevant departments

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm)

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs role within a pharmaceutical company
