Available Positions in Discovery Chemistry

Junior Research Associate (JRA) & Research Associate (RA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules.
• Follow proper lab safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive lab records and data integrity.
• Support medicinal chemistry programs through target compound synthesis.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of organic chemistry reactions and techniques.
• Practical exposure to lab instrumentation like NMR, HPLC, GC.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
• M.Sc in Medicinal Chemistry

These degrees may include coursework in:

• Advanced Organic Synthesis
• Spectroscopy and Analytical Chemistry
• Medicinal Chemistry
• Drug Discovery and Development
• Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years in a CRO environment.
