Quality Assurance (QA)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA procedures in compliance with GMP and ISO standards
• Conduct internal audits and inspections for herbal products
• Manage quality documentation and review regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process improvement

Qualification:

• MPharm or equivalent degree in Pharmacy or related field

Desired Skills:

• Good understanding of GMP, ISO, and quality regulations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with audits and quality compliance

Experience: Minimum 2 years in QA or related functions

R&D Executive (Research & Development)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and validate herbal extracts using modern molecular biology techniques
• Collaborate in formulating herbal healthcare products
• Perform bench-scale experiments and analysis for product development
• Document experimental protocols and findings for regulatory submissions

Qualification:

• M.Sc., M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related fields

Experience: 2 to 5 years in research and development, preferably in herbal formulations or life sciences
