Key Responsibilities

Multi-step Organic Synthesis

• Perform complex organic reactions with precision.
• Ensure high purity and yield in laboratory-scale experiments.

Reaction Route Design and Optimization

• Participate in designing synthetic routes for novel molecules.
• Optimize reaction parameters and purification protocols.

Process Scale-Up and Collaboration

• Support lab-to-pilot scale translation.
• Contribute to CRO and client-sponsored project deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years in Post-Doctoral Research or Industry R&D

Skills Preferred:

• Strong background in organic chemistry mechanisms
• Familiarity with analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
• Exposure to client-based projects or CRO operations is a plus
