Job Overview

Position: Junior Regulatory Affairs Associate
Department: Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Deadline to Apply: January 30, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update regulatory documentation using the RegOne Veeva System.
• Build and manage RegOne Libraries for customer statements and questionnaires.
• Monitor regulatory changes for the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) region.
• Assist with renewal of memberships and FSSAI licensing activities.
• Support global initiatives in Regulatory Affairs.
• Coordinate and respond to customer and stakeholder requests efficiently.
• Maintain regulatory IT tools and ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Freshers or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or multinational environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory IT tools.
• Knowledge of compliance systems like RegOne is a plus.

Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
