Roles and Responsibilities

To monitor shift activities during shift and ensure that safety norms are maintained.
Responsible for keeping production facilities clean and appropriately disinfected
To coordinate with stores/ QC/QA and Maintenance etc. for daily plant activities. Ensure that all production related documents are filled and maintained during shift.
To review production planning of shift and manage manpower accordingly.
To coordinate with maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance work.
To ensure that batches are charged and processed as per production planning
To take necessary corrective action in case of abnormality in operation, utilities etc.
