Job Role & Responsibilities

Available Roles:

• Team Member – Engineering (Process Maintenance – Instrumentation)
  • Maintenance of plant process/manufacturing equipment, packaging equipment.
  • Troubleshooting, equipment calibration, exposure to PLC programming/SCADA.
• Team Member – Engineering (Water System)
  • Operation & maintenance of purified water systems, WFI, and pure steam.
  • Knowledge of P&ID, pumps, ozone generators, piping designs, sanitization & passivation.
• Team Member – Mechanical Maintenance
  • Maintenance of OSD mechanical process and packing equipment.
  • Execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Team Member – Production & Packing (Derma)
  • Batch manufacturing of liquids, semi-solids, ointments, creams, and lotions.
  • Tube, jar, and bottle filling in primary packing lines.
• Team Member – QC (Analyst – RM & Stability)
  • Testing raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Experience in analytical techniques for FDA-approved organizations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical)
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance)
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Life Sciences)
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC, or engineering.
• Minimum 60% throughout academics.
• Exposure to USFDA regulatory requirements preferred.
