Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability of bioanalytical processes, including:
- Developing and validating methods for bioanalytical studies.
- Conducting sample analysis with precision and efficiency.
- Performing calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Executing extraction techniques such as SPE, LLE, and PPT.
- Ensuring strict compliance with GDP, GLP, and GCP.
- Supporting bioanalytical team operations in maintaining GxP compliance.
- Operating and maintaining advanced analytical tools such as LC/MS.
- Verifying, validating, and cross-checking data for regulatory requirements.
- Driving continuous process improvements for analytical excellence.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on bioanalytical experience.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE), and Protein Precipitation (PPT).
- Experience with analytical balances, ultra-balances, pH meters, and pipettes.
- Knowledge of centrifuges, shakers, low-volume evaporators, and solid-phase extractors.
- Exposure to LC/MS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GDP, GLP, and GCP.
- Other Requirements: Open to rotational shifts, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving ability.
