Quality Control Department – Analyst (Apprentice)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Operate and maintain instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain data records accurately.
- Follow cGMP, GLP, and safety compliance in the laboratory.
- Calibrate instruments and ensure lab hygiene.
Required Qualification
- M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry (Passing Year 2024–25)
- Minimum 60% marks throughout academics.
Production – API Department – Officer (Apprentice)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment such as centrifuges, reactors, and dryers.
- Follow BMR and SOPs in all production activities.
- Handle raw materials and intermediates safely.
- Ensure cleanliness and report deviations immediately.
- Support internal audits and training.
Required Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Passing Year 2024–25)
- Must have 60% aggregate or more.
