Position Overview: Clinical Trial Monitor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigators and site personnel.
• Conduct site visits, including initiation, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Ensure data quality and safety of study participants.
• Support regulatory compliance and ethics committee submissions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve site-level challenges.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
