Job Description:

Department: Production (Sterile Manufacturing)

Qualification: ITI/BSc/Diploma/B.Pharm/MSc/M.Pharm

Total Experience: 02 to 08 years (Pharma experience only)

Responsibilities in Aseptic & Controlled Area Operations:

• Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, Terminal Sterilization, Visual Inspection Testing (VIT), etc.

Machine Exposure:

• Filling machine (Groninger/Optima), Dyno Truking Filling and Sealing machine, Bosch Filling machine, Steam Sterilizer (Fedegree)

Desired Profile:

• Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area activities.
• Exposure to Aseptic vial/Bottle filling processes is desirable.
• Technical expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
• Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure to USFDA audits.
• Familiarity with change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in the manufacturing area of injectables.
• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation activities.
• Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectables.
• Preparation & review of BMR-BPR.
• Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP, and SIP processing.

Candidate Requirements:

• 02 to 08 years of relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP/GLP, and understanding of regulatory requirements will be preferred.
