Job Description

They are currently hiring for the position of Research Associate – Process Development (Injectables) to join our MS&T (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team, focusing on Injectable formulations.

Desired Profile for Process Development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with a specialization in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology.
• 1-7 years of experience in process development in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in Injectable formulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Research Associate – Process Development (Injectables), your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting technical reviews of technology transfer (TT) documents, product development reports (PDR), and master formula cards (MFC).
2. Risk assessments pertaining to the product process.
3. For feasibility trials and scale-up batches, prepare protocols and reports.
4. Participating in Trial / Scale-up / Exhibit Batches.
5. Preparing and reviewing Exhibit batches Batch manufacturing records (BMR) and Batch packaging records (BPR).
6. Supporting Process Validation (PV) batches and providing technical inputs in process validation documents.
7. Assisting in regulatory filings by providing necessary documents related to product and process.
8. Reviewing Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) as part of Annual Product Review.
9. Initiating New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures for new product manufacturing.
