Job Description:

As an Executive in the Quality Control department at Muby Chemicals, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Sampling and Analysis: You will be responsible for the sampling and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished goods samples, and stability study samples.
• Instrument Handling: You should have experience in handling a range of instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV, Polarimeter, FTIR, KF, Auto titrator, and MP apparatus.
• Calibration and Maintenance: Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments will be part of your duties.
• Laboratory Practices: Knowledge about Good Laboratory Practices is essential.
• Handling Exceptions: You should be familiar with handling Out of Specification (OOS) cases and laboratory incidents.
• Oversight of OOC: Oversight of Out of Calibration (OOC) situations is another crucial aspect of your role.
• Instrument Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting of lab instruments will be a regular task.
• Documentation: Prepare specifications, methods of analysis, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
