Gland Pharma Limited, a pioneer in sterile injectables, is conducting a walk-in interview for Production (Injectables) roles on May 9, 2025 (Friday) at Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. This opportunity is open to experienced candidates with qualifications in B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy, and 3–6 years of hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing processes.

This hiring drive is focused on expanding Gland Pharma’s skilled workforce for its state-of-the-art Unit-2 facility in Hyderabad.

Required Experience:

3–6 years of industry experience in sterile injectables manufacturing.

Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

Gland Pharma is looking for experienced professionals who can contribute in the following areas:

• Compounding & Filtration: Handling of batch manufacturing processes in aseptic environments with strict adherence to GMP.
• Filling Operations: Expertise in aseptic filling, including dry powder, bag line, and vial sealing processes.
• Lyophilization: Practical knowledge of freeze-drying processes in injectables.
• Equipment Handling: Troubleshooting of autoclaves, compounding vessels, and other sterile area equipment.
• Documentation & GMP Compliance: Maintain BMR/BPR, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Cleaning & Line Clearance: Regular sanitization of compounding and filling areas to maintain sterility and readiness for batch operations.

Required Skills: 

Hands-on experience with lyophilizers, autoclaves, vial sealing, and dry powder filling machines

Strong understanding of cGMP, aseptic practices, and equipment troubleshooting

Coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to online documentation standards
