Job Role Overview
Position: QMS Executive / Sr. Officer
Department: Production
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 5 to 7 years
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviations, and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Handling and reviewing SOPs, CAPA, Deviations, and CCPs Conducting and coordinating Training programs
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in EDMS, LMS, and Trackwise
- Strong understanding of System Qualification processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality management standards and regulatory guidelines
Skills and Competencies Required:
Technical and Soft Skills
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit readiness
- Proficiency in QMS software tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
