Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Compliance
- Conduct onsite file reviews in line with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Ensure essential documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Monitor investigator sites using risk-based monitoring approaches
Communication and Reporting
- Act as a liaison between clinical trial sites and project teams
- Provide trial status updates and maintain CTMS systems
- Participate in investigator meetings and ensure site compliance
Data Integrity and Site Management
- Conduct Source Data Verification (SDV), Source Data Review (SDR), and Case Report Form (CRF) checks
- Ensure investigational products are accounted for and stored correctly
- Identify site performance issues and recommend corrective actions
Additional Duties
- Participate in investigator payment processes
- Assist in preparing project tools and documentation
- Submit timely administrative reports such as expenses and timesheets
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must be a graduate in Life Sciences (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.)
- Experience: Up to 1 year of onsite monitoring preferred but not mandatory
- Skills:
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP Guidelines
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to travel and adapt to project requirements
- Ability to start immediately
