Job Role: Research Chemist / Sr. Executive – Synthesis R&D

Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in API Synthesis / R&D

Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or General Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

As a Research Chemist/Sr. Executive in the Synthesis R&D department, you will be responsible for:

• Executing and optimizing impurity synthesis and related analytical techniques
• Performing retro synthesis and route selection for API intermediates
• Working with various reagents and process chemicals safely and efficiently
• Handling lab-scale synthesis experiments with minimal supervision
• Understanding and addressing DMF deficiencies for regulatory filings
• Collaborating closely with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Analytical teams to ensure smooth technology transfer
• This role demands a strong foundation in synthetic organic chemistry and a keen problem-solving mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced research environment.
