Medical Affairs is responsible for bridging the gap between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals by providing scientific information and support for the development of products. Medical Affairs teams work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure the safety and efficacy of drugs and provide scientific and clinical guidance to other departments within the company.
Clinical Research involves the investigation of drugs or medical devices in human subjects with the goal of determining their safety and efficacy. It includes the development of protocols, clinical trial management, data collection and analysis, and reporting of results. Clinical research is a critical component of drug development, and its findings help inform regulatory decisions and guide medical practice.
Pharmacovigilance is the science and activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problems. It includes the collection and analysis of data on adverse drug reactions (ADR), the monitoring of drug safety, and the reporting of ADRs to regulatory bodies. Experience : Fresher to 05 years of experience in Medico-Marketing / Clinical research / Pharmacovigilance
Core Competencies:
- Good understanding of products and identifying target groups, markets
- Creating accurate information and sharing among internal stakeholders
- Helping the brand team in formulating scientific strategies
- Supporting internal medical/product training programs Providing scientific and clinical guidance to staff involved in the research
- Input and analyse clinical data, coordinate patient visits and procedures
Required Skill Set:
- Decent understanding of Scientific information and Chemistry traits
- Data analytics, Data compilation and report writing
- Updated knowledge on latest medical/clinical technology
- Decent communication and presentation skills
