Responsibility of aurobindo pharma project management department:
- Planning, coordination, scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of projects through their entire life cycle with various cross-functional teams like FRD, FARD, SCM, TT, QA, QC, Regulatory, Logistics, Vendors, and Manufacturing.
- To follow-up and track the PPIF & PIF status, API status, Excipients availability, Innovator sample status, Working Standards, Impurities, and Columns status.
- To track and support licensing activities i.e. Site license, Manufacturing / Test license (Form 29 NOC, Form 29), Innovator license for non-BE samples, Import license (Form 11), BE NOC (Form 46), RLD procurement, API source finalization, API license.
The role of a project manager in the R&D department involves overseeing the development and implementation of research and development projects from start to finish. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
The specific duties and responsibilities of a project manager in the R&D department may include:
- Developing project plans and schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, and making recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Conducting project reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future projects.
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/M.Sc
Experience: 07 – 10 Years
