Job Description

As a Drug Safety Reporting Specialist II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely submission of safety reports to relevant parties. Your role plays a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and adhering to country legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Drug Safety Reporting Specialist II will include:

Receiving, preparing, and submitting safety reports to applicable parties.
Escalating issues to lead or line manager when encountered and ensuring timely resolution.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines and country-specific legislation for report submissions.
Assisting in generating metrics and identifying any quality or timeline issues.
Participating in project teams and leading projects of small to moderate scope.
Providing training and support to fellow team members.
Handling administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining safety reporting systems and data.
