Qualifications and Experience:

• UG: Diploma/ BE/BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 1-6 years in Pharmaceutical plant maintenance / Powerhouse / Projects / QMS/ Utility Operation & Maintenance

Job Location: Harohalli

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Planned and Predictive Maintenance: Execute maintenance plans for API / Formulation process equipment.

2. HT & LT Systems: Operate and maintain High-Tension (HT) and Low-Tension (LT) systems.

3. Energy Conservation: Implement energy conservation measures and drive continual improvements.

4. Validation Protocols: Prepare and execute equipment, HVAC validation protocols, and generate reports.

5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory effectively and possess knowledge of SAP PM and breakdown maintenance modules.

6. Equipment Commissioning: Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of process and utility equipment, as well as power distribution.

7. Boiler Operations: Operate IBR boilers with 1st / 2nd class License.
