Senior Research Associate for Cell Culture Upstream

Requirements:

• Expertise in maintenance and growth of cells in suspension modes.
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cell counting methods.
• Hands-on experience in handling mammalian cell cultures.
• Knowledge of equipment like Cedex, Vi Cell, Osmometer.
• Practical demonstration of process development, including the use of statistical design of experiments (DOE).

Senior Scientist/Scientist for Cell Culture Upstream

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with process characterization studies.
• Ability to design and execute media/feed screenings and optimizations.
• Knowledge in cell culture process development by Fed batch and Perfusion processes.
• Capability to design robust, efficient, and scalable cell culture processes for clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities.

Senior Scientist/Scientist for Advanced Analytical Technologies

Requirements:

• Expertise in Analytical method development, qualification, and transfer.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing documents like MOA, MQR, MVP, and MVR.
• Knowledge of ELISA, HPLC, Mass Spectroscopy, Capillary Electrophoresis, and stability studies.
• Desirable: Experience in team management for senior positions.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree: Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must.
