Position:
Research Scientist (Assistant Manager) in Cell and Gene Therapy Department at Intas Pharmaceuticals (Biopharma Division), Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience with qPCR and droplet digital PCR.
- Experience with Western Blotting, ELISA and multiparametric flow cytometry.
- Hands-on experience with aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culture
- Experience with isolation and culturing of various immune cells especially T cells, NK cells and B cells.
- Experience with Lentivirus/Retrovirus handling is desirable.
- Experience with developing and executing cytotoxicity/ADCC assays.
- Ability to design, execute and troubleshoot the experiments independently.
- Data analysis and presentation in team meetings/discussions for strategies and operational challenges related to experiments.
- Actively involved in setting up new cell therapy-process development, equipment procurement, installation and qualification.
- Contribute towards good documentation practices such as contemporaneous recording of data in the lab notebook/Electronic lab notebook and completion of experiments as per requirement. Experience in Good Documentation Practices with respect to Lab notebook, SOPs, MOAs, STPs, DRS etc. is desirable
Desired Candidate Profile
Need a scientist with M.Sc in Life Sciences and 2-3 years of industrial experience in Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology to work in a Cell therapy analytical team
MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry Ph.D / Doctorate in Bio-Chemistry / Bio-Technology
