QC Biologics & Microbiologist Job Description:

As a QC Biologics & Microbiologist at Ichor Biologics Pvt Ltd, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our biotechnology products. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Quality Control in Biologics

Biochemical Assays

Conduct biochemical assays, such as Biuret and Lowry assays, to assess the quality of biologic products.

Immunochemical Analyses

Utilize Elisa techniques for immunochemical analyses to detect and quantify specific proteins or antibodies.

Instrumentation Expertise

Operate and maintain essential instrumentation, including the Kjeldahl Instrument, microplate reader, immuno electrophoresis equipment, SDS-Page apparatus, and zone electrophoresis systems.

Coagulation Assays

Perform coagulation assays, with a specific focus on factors F-IX and F-VIII, to evaluate coagulation cascade function.

Microbiological Analysis:

Microbial Testing

Conduct microbial testing, including the Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), to ensure the absence of endotoxins in biologic products.

Microbial Identification

Utilize the Vitek system for microbial identification, ensuring accurate identification of microbial species.
